After listening to you and seeing how you move we will explore your movement strategies and build a foundation of movement from the inside out that improve your life, instead of restricting it. Together we will unwind faulty habits, create new ones so you can move through your days with strength and ease.

Without losing individualized care, you can explore your movements and improve them while sharing the fun with a partner, friend or another client of similar movement abilities. This reduces your cost while still retaining Ann’s focused attention and quality of movement exploration.

Mat and Equipment options.
No two classes are ever the same! Fifty minutes of fun movement with some work thrown in. Ann’s watchful eye and focus on body alignment ensures to you’ll get the most out of the movements!

This Reformer specific class works through lengthening and strengthening exercises to enhance your mind-body connection, foot-torso awareness, form & movement patterns, and the always needed spinal support from your core (which is more than just your abs FYI :-)
Helpful to have prior Reformer experience when joining this class. Please contact Ann if using a Pilates Reformer is a new experience for you.

We will work together as a team to find the right combination of movements to improve your current function or help you feel confident and strong once again if you’re struggling!
